Pregnant
Pregnant women are said to have an increased sex drive - hormones and all that. Personally I have not yet had the opportunity to confirm that, but there is definately something to be said for the increased breast size - and more importantly, banging a pregant babe just seems sort of... well, forbidden, and we all know forbidden usually means hot as hell when combined with the word sex.
There is also the added bonus of not having to worry about knocking her up - but I guess that is not typically an issue you have to worry much about with porn anyway.
Update, January 2009: The most understocked category at Mike's Porn Site Reviews, and I'm afraid it's very likely to remain that way. The huge pay-per-view site AEBN could be an option if you're looking for pregnant porn videos though (and I guess you probably are since you're reading this), as they currently have 250+ DVDs in their pregnant section.
