There has very recently been some price changes to the DDF Productions sites (of which I have, in addition to Hands on Hardcore, reviewed DDF Busty and 1 By Day,). If you want the full site network access that was introduced last year, you will now need to join through the DDF Prod site (direct site link).
You can now also again choose to just join a single site (by using the signup form on the site in question), at a substantially lower price.
The full network however certainly still remains excellent value for money in my opinion (after all it is a bit hard to think of any good way to honestly argue that 6,000+ videos and photosets for $44.95 won't give you your moneys worth, and then some), even if the new price is a bit higher than what you typically see from other site networks.
Price and signup changes aside, most of the DDF sites keep growing and the network as a whole receives 3-5 new scenes every day. Hands on Hardcore is still not back to its original ~12 scenes a month schedule, but they have been adding a respectable 7-8 scenes a month lately, though it does look like like some of them might be recycled older updates.
Like with DDF Busty, I noticed a bit of an oddity with the Hands on Hardcore content archives - if you browse the scenes from within the member area of that site they total number amounts to over 800, but adding up the numbers if you access the site content from the network interface at the DDF Prod site, it only amounts to 300.
Since I don't really feel like spending time cross checking several hundred scenes, the only plausible explanation I can come up with off the top of my head, is that the network interface takes into account content that has been reused on other sites. As I believe I mentioned in my original review, 1 By Day does use some scenes from DDF Busty and Hands on Hardcore.
Update, November 9 2009
The DDF network (more details in the September 1 update below) now has a unified member area. You will need to log in through the DDF Prod site (direct site link) to access it, as the old member areas have been retained if you choose to log in from one of the individual network sites (links to them can also be found within the new member area).
The new unified member area looks pretty good and it's nice to have access to everything from a single interface - although, aside from a model archive of course, it doesn't quite have the same powerful content search and filtering options you find in something like the BrainPass network or the upcoming redesign of the 21Sextury Network member area.
But needless to say, site design and features always take a secondary place to the actual content, and the DDF sites are still about as good as ever in that department.

Update, September 1 2009
The site network access offer that started in August as a celebration of the ten year anniversay of DDF Productions will continue.
When you join one of the three DDF sites I've reviewed here at Mike's Porn Site Reviews - 1 By Day, Hands on Hardcore and DDF Busty - you also get access to the two others plus seven more (I may review some of these other sites at a later date, but the three I've covered so far are the largest DDF sites, although the others certainly have a fair amount of great content as well).

It's been a little over a year since my original review of Hands on Hardcore, which means it's probably time for a checkup.
There's good news and bad news - to start with the former it goes without saying that Hands on Hardcore is still one hell of site in terms of content volume, quality, models and sheer entertainment.
The bad (or at least somewhat disappointing) news is that content updates have slowed down since September last year - first from the usual 12 or 13 down to eight or nine, and then in January it hit an all time low with a mere two updates. It was up to five in February and March (two so far here in April), but that's still pretty damn slow compared to what it used to be - although admittedly still a match for or better than the one weekly video/photo update that's fairly typical among hardcore sites.
One of the other major sites from DDF Productions, 1 By Day, also went through a few slow months last year where they didn't add much new content but mostly reintroduced reencoded videos (better quality) from the old 2001-2007 archives. They've been back to their usual update schedule for several months now though, so perhaps there's hope for a Hands on Hardcore rebound as well.
In any case, if you're a first time potential member I won't for a second hesitate to recommend Hands on Hardcore, even with its current slower update pace. There's content enough on the site to keep anyone entertained for countless hours.
On the other hand, if you've been a member before within the 8-10 months or so, you might not find quite as much to come back for as you had perhaps hoped and expected.
Pros
+ Hands on Hardcore is a very large and extremely impressive "glamour style" hardcore guy/girl site from the people behind the even more impressive 1 By Day.
Hands on Hardcore currently gives you more than 650 videos and photosets in seven different categories, Anal, Classic (vaginal sex, you know that old fashioned stuff that's on the verge of being almost entirely replaced with anal porn these days), 100% Anal, MMF, FFM, Gangbang and finally Interracial, the last four categories containing a fair bit of anal action as well.
While anal and to a slightly lesser extent group sex obviously get a whole lot of attention here, Hands on Hardcore is still a pretty varied site, and if you actually prefer anal porn to the old fashioned cock-in-pussy stuff like I do, well then this is a really interesting site indeed
+ Well over 200 models, many of them really hot, and some of them well known East European pornstars like Angel Dark, Angelina Crow, Monica Sweetheart, Nikki Blond, Simony Diamond, Jasmine Rouge, Jessica Moore and many others. A fair number of them have appeared on 1 By Days as well, whether in hardcore guy/girl or lesbian or solo videos (see the note in the cons below about content overlapping)
+ A pretty decent site interface, mostly resembling the old archive section at 1 By Day. All content is categorized as mentioned above, and the alphabetized model directory includes info like nationality, hair/eye color and various measurements
+ 12 new video/photo updates a month for the last several years. A bit less back in the early days of the site, from late 2002 and onwards
+ Hands on Hardcore must have been among the very first porn sites with full 4000 kbit 720p HD video. Looks like they started that already back around November 2005. Several lower video qualities and formats are available as well, including streaming Flash format for videos from the last six months or so (around the same time the company made the improvements mentioned in my 1 By Day review)
+ Just like on 1 By Day, the photo content at Hands on Hardcore looks great as well, particularly since 2004 (not surprisingly somewhat less impressive the further back you go). Three different resolutions are available, the largest one on recent content an extremely impressive and very sharp looking 1330x2000 pixels. All these sets can be downloaded in a zip file as well as viewed online
Cons
- Some of the content is recycled from the hardcore guy/girl sections of 1 By Day (or maybe it's the other way around). Most of the content (I would estimate roughly 60-70%, possibly more) is exclusive to Hands on Hardcore though
- There really should be a few more points here to balance things out, shouldn't there? Well, I'm struggling to find any, unless I start nit-picking like I did in the 1 By Day review about a site interface that could perhaps be improved ever so slightly, and I guess in this case I could also complain that they "only" offer two or three weekly updates, which is one of the reasons I haven't added Mega Sites as one of the review categories.
That would indeed just be nit-picking though, because Hands on Hardcore is just plain amazing if you're looking for hardcore video and photo sex with the main focus on anal and group sex
