+ Yep, another belated BrainPass site review.
Since my web site statistics show that BrainPass and the 21Sextury Network are the only two of the reviewed networks that you readers are paying any serious attention to (for good reason I guess, outside of a few specialized areas some of the others cover well, these two are definiately the best site networks out there in my opinion, all things considered), I see no reason why I shouldn't review a few more of the many excellent BrainPass sites in order to help fill out some of the review categories that are a bit empty.
Or very empty in this case, as it's actually going to be the first site review in this (primary) category that I added last year to house a few DVD reviews.
+ And Big Wet Asses is in fact a site based on DVD content. More specifically the long running and very popular (and multiple AVN award winning) series of the same name from Elegant Angel (as a side note a few of the other latest site additions to the network are also based on content from this studio).
The DVD series that started in 2003 is currently up to no. 15, and based on the cast lists I was able to find, this BrainPass site is only one DVD behind with the latest scene additions covering volume 14. In total that amounts to a pretty impressive, for a site of this type, 67 scenes.
+ The concept here is pretty simple. One hot pornstar, usually one with a nice round ass, as the title suggests, one guy and a whole lot of baby oil in each scene. And then it's 20-25+ minutes of hot blowjob, vaginal and anal action, with oil being generously reapplied to boobs, butt and occasionally the entire body if the girl should lose that nice glisteningly slick look along the way.
There may be little to no variation in this concept (there are actually a couple of ffm threesomes as well though), but since this is one-on-one fucking at its best, that's hardly a problem.
+ To name some of the many hot babes who have lend willing mouths, pussies and asses to the Big Wet Asses series, you've got (from oldest to newest movie releases, although a few of the girls have been in two) Katja Kassin, Melanie Jagger, Shy Love, Vicky Vette, Mika Tan, Lauren Phoenix, Anastasia Christ, Nikki Sun, Angel Dark, Tianna Lynn, Georgia Peach, Flower Tucci, Naomi, Jada Fire, Sandra Romain, Sasha Knox, Sophie Dee, Tiffany Mynx, Bree Olson, Dana DeArmond, Lexi Love, Tory Lane, Brianna Love, Cody Lane, Maya Hills (one of her first anal scenes I think), Sativa Rose, Eva Angelina (here I'm almost sure this was her first anal scene), Jenna Haze, Shyla Stylez, Amy Reid (a fairly rare anal scene as well), Bobbi Starr, Kelly Divine, Alexis Texas (first anal scene, and there has only been one other at the time of writing), Lisa Ann (also one of very few anal scenes) and many others.
+ The 2006 and forward (which means everything on this site) BrainPass video quality still holds up pretty well. 720x480 is the full original DVD resolution, and the 2000 kbit bitrate is enough to make the videos pretty sharp.
Cons
- No regular content updates (aside from the occasional photoset, I'm not sure if there might eventually be one to go with every video), but given the nature of this site that's obviously unavoidable. As mentioned the first 14 DVDs in the series are availale on the Big Wet Asses site, and since no. 15 was only just released on DVD around a month ago, I imagine it will probably be a while before those five brand new scenes will be availble for download here.
There's something to look forward to though, as it apparently features Gianna Michaels' very first anal scene, something I know a lot of people have looked forward to for years, just like many (myself included) did for a long time with girls like Eva Angelina, Sativa Rose and others who are now more or less regular "anal performers".
The slow content updates, to a certain extent coupled with the relatively modest content volume compared to the best anal sites out there, are also what sort of forces me to bring the overall score down, because looking at the content itself and the sheer entertainment value, this feels a lot more like it ought to be a 90 rather than an 83/100.
