Guess what? Here's another site network based on that "reality" porn concept I so very much love to hate.
Alright, so it's really only the third reality porn network I'm reviewing (but I have a feeling it won't be the last since something like at least 80% of the larger site networks out there seems to fall in this category), and additionally I've also reached the point where I've just sort of accepted defeat and started to accept the more or less lame site concepts and video intros - music video auditions, blind dates, border patrols, first time lesbians, cash strapped teens and what have we not.
If I'm close to either puking or breaking out in a fit of hysterical laughter I can always skip ahead to the good stuff anyway.
So, my own idiosyncrasies aside, how does All Reality Pass stack up to some of the other site networks I've reviewed? Let's start with the basics.
With All Reality Pass you get access to the content from a very impressive 25 video heavy reality porn sites in niches like big cocks, big tits, anal, Latina, black, lesbian, interracial, Asian, cum swallowing, milf/mature and several others.
Rather than the main site merely serving as simple page with links to the individual sites, you access everything from a single interface that's well designed and easy to navigate - only the graphical header on the page (and the content of course) changes when you jump to another one of the sites using a drop down menu.
At the top of the main page the total number of videos across the entire network is listed, and with currently 772 exclusive movies (the ones shot specifically for their sites) and 1107 bonus movies (looks like licensed DVD content to me), you aren't likely to run out of entertainment any time soon - and updates seem to be daily (although for the individual network sites the dates indicate that they are sometimes a bit sporadic).
While both the exclusive and the bonus content is pretty varied and entertaining (the bonus content in particular - the exclusive videos can feel a bit bland on occasion), there are some potentially serious issues marring an otherwise very good network, depending on how you feel about streaming videos only with no download option - and fairly mediocre quality as well.
The latter is more or less to be expected anyway, as you'll need a pretty fast broadband connection to stream high resolution, high bitrate videos. The best of the three versions is still decent though at 480x360, 500 kbit.
Personally I severely dislike streaming videos. While my recent experiences with pay per view sites have given me a slightly more positive view on streaming videos (as in I don't categorically refuse to watch them anymore), offering downloads is pretty much essential in my opinion.
If it's because they are worried about their videos being pirated, fair enough, but then use DRM on the downloads.
If it's to keep you rebilling to have access to videos - not quite as fair, but still understandable from a business point of view. There's DRM for that as well though.
So how do I feel All Reality Pass overall. Well, obviously I have mixed feelings. Essentially it's a great site network, but the streaming videos and average quality would probably make me run off and check out other options first.
From what I've seen and heard though, streaming only isn't exactly uncommon with reality site networks.
Looking at the scores given to the individual sites listed below you might also wonder if perhaps I've been a few points too generous with the score for the entire network - and you would partially be correct.
One thing boosts especially the entertainment value a bit with this network though - the bonus videos. I don't usually take bonus content into account in reviews as they are often just 3rd party streams with little connection to the actual site, but with the All Reality Pass network they feel like an integrated part of the whole package - matching in theme, quality and the way they are worked into the sites.
It's still a bit sad though that the bonus videos are often more entertaining than their own exclusive videos.
I think it's safe to say that this is one of those cases where I personally feel the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. That's often the case with networks for obvious reasons (generally good value for money), but more so here than what I've seen before.
