Pros
+ Like the other sites in the Swank Pass network, Just 18 (also based on a real magazine) gives you a nice variety of solo babes, lesbian sex and hardcore guy/girl, including group scenes, and plenty of anal, only on this site you're (almost) sure (most) of the girls are 18 or 19 years old (alright, at least the vast majority of them don't look too much above 20, same problem with all "teen" sites)
+ 195 videos and 897 photosets and counting, that's a pretty nice collection, although Just 18 is admittedly up against at least a few extremely large competitors in the teen niche (so if you're mainly interested in teens and the rest of the Swank Pass network is just a nice addition, which would surprise me a little though given how great the other network sites are, you probably want to check out sites like Teen Dreams and Paul Markham Teens as well before you make a decision)
+ A ton of hot and cute girls on this site as well, some of them well known faces, many others not (at least not to me)
+ Mostly decent if not particularly impressive video quality. With a few exceptions it also appears more or less consistent at 480x360, 800 kbit. All videos can be downloaded in either a single file or typically 4-15 smaller segments
+ A new video every four days and a new photoset once a week
+ Six other equally large sites included in the price. You'll get access to all of them whether you join directly through Just 18 or go through Swank Pass instead (note that Swank Pass doesn't have the six month discounted membership option for some reason)
