Update, August 10 2007:
A year has passed and I figured it was time to take another look at this large teen site. Much to my surprise though, Paul Markham Teens actually seems to have shrunk a bit since my last visit (as a note I'm not entirely certain about the exact number of photosets, multiplying and subtracting various content numbers on the site give slightly different results, but it's somewhere between around 1400 and 1800), which is especially odd since they are currently adding a whopping four videos and five photosets every day, a few more of each than a year ago.
I decided to contact them and got an answer back saying that they have been removing a significant amount of the least popular photosets and videos, so no real harm done I guess.
Aside from the faster updates, another thing worth noting is an improvement in quality on some (but not nearly all) of the new videos, from the previous decent highest quality at 512x410, 1600 kbit to 720x540/576 (around DVD resolution) at around 1700 kbit. On the other hand I also did notice that some of the recent videos that were only available in "low" quality, looked quite disappointing at only 384x288, 750 kbit (mentioned in my original review as well) - which means that "new" at Paul Markham Teens doesn't necessarily mean it was shot or encoded last week, it could have been produced several years ago and only just now been picked out from Paul's no doubt vast photo and video archives.
Overall though, Paul Markham Teens is still a great, large and quite varied teen site.
2nd look, August 9 2006:
Paul Markham Teens was already a large site when I did the original review eight months ago, and you could probably argue that back then it was already bordering on deserving a 20/20 score in Content Quantity rather than the 19 I gave it.
Well, it's time to correct that, as Paul has been busy with his camera and has now had quite a while to pile on even more great video and photo content. The hundreds of new photosets and a couple of hundred new videos are as hot as ever, and fortunately just as varied as it was during my last visit, with a healthy mix of hot teen babes in both solo, lesbian and hardcore guy/girl pics and videos.
Updates are still coming at a brisk pace with three new photosets and two or three videos a day, so there's always plenty to look forward to on this already pretty huge teen site.
One point added to Content Quantity, sending Paul Markham Teens into the 95+ Excellent range.

After a long period with lukewarm feelings towards photo content on porn sites (hey, why stare at stills when I can have video?), I'm actually starting to warm up to good old fashioned photography again after several close encounters lately with a number of great sites heavy in the photo department - a few which I have reviewed and others that will follow soon.
Paul Markham Teens has given me the best of both worlds - a huge collection of high quality photosets and a large video collection to top it off.
The man behind this site is, yep, you've probably guessed it already, Paul Markham - a professional photographer who has been specializing in shooting soft- and hardcore teen porn since 1978, and with his photos regularly featured on the covers of magazines like Barely Legal.
Contrary to what I have done in previous reviews I will start out by mentioning the site design and interface that greets you when you enter the members' section, as I think it stands out from the crowd - especially in terms of navigation and search features.
Paul Markham Teens has a nice clean design and on the main welcome page is an introduction from Paul and labeled thumbnail images leading to ten different sections of the site - newest additions, all content and the categories teenage, couples (guy/girl), videos, amateur, glamour, big tits, nude and interracial.
Many of the categories are overlapping - especially teenage as you would imagine on a site that specifically bear the word teen in the title. Either way, it makes it easy to instantly head in the direction that interests you the most.
Those main categories are not the end of the story though, from the sidebar menu you can also choose a few additional categories, search for a particular model as well as access a search feature that allows you to narrow your search down in three easy steps. First you select video, images or both, then solo, guy/girl or girl/girl and finally you select from more than 30 different categories that expands on the ones listed above with everything from vibrators over anal, cum shots, cheerleaders to voyeur, strapons, fisting and double penetration.
Every photoset and video on the site is tagged with one or several of these keywords, making it very easy to see what you can expect from each one.
Additionally all sets (including videos) can be rated with up to five stars and added to your personal bookmarks page.
Also worth mentioning is the slideshow mode you can use when browsing photosets as well as the preview clip that automatically starts playing when choose a video set. The latter is a feature I can't quite decide whether I like or dislike though - the idea is nice but especially for people on slow Internet connections it may be annoying having the video window working overtime loading the preview clip. A few thumbnail images from the video might have been better.
As you can see though, Paul Markham Teens definately deserves overall praise for all these nice features.
If we were talking about a fairly small site you could argue that all the search and sorting options are going overboard, but with 1651 photosets, 315 videos and an impressive three new sets (photos or videos) added seemingly every day, small is not exactly the word you would pick to describe the collection of teen porn on this site.
As you would expect from a photographer (and cameraman on the videos) who's been doing this for 27 years, the quality is a match for the quantity.
Leaving the technical quality aside for a little while and talking about what's going on in the photos and videos instead, Paul really knows how to pick his girls and make them give a great performance in front of the camera.
Using mostly East European girls it almost goes without saying that many of them are simply gorgeous - and in that natural way that's a far cry from boob inflated pornstars. Most of them have a sparkling personality and a cute or sexy smile that matches their beauty, and whether they are playing with themselves (with or without toys), getting intimate with a girlfriend or two, or taking a cock up the ass, these girls are wonderful to behold and will have you reach for your cock in an instant.
Finishing up the review looking at the technical quality of the content, the overall quality of the photos is generally good - lighting, setting etc. great as you would expect from an experienced photographer, and the resolution of recent photos is good as well, 1200 pixels on the long side. The size varies somewhat on older content though.
Some photos are a bit too grainy though, even the recent ones. They might have been compressed just a tad too hard. Cutting down file size is nice for people on dialup connections, but they have the choice of the the smaller sized versions anyway - cranking up the the quality on the best version is the way to go in my opinion.
The quality of recent videos (which are from around 10-25 minutes in length) is quite good as well, with a 512x410 resolution and a high bitrate, 1600 kbit, that makes the videos look crisp and clear.
The older videos do not fare quite as well though, ranging from a just passable 320x240, 330 kbit to a decent 384x288 resolution with a 750 kbit bitrate where the fairly high bitrate on this resolution ensures that these videos are still adequate for full screen viewing.
Overall Paul Markham Teens provided a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Hot teen content - whether you prefer solo, lesbian or guy/girl - beautiful natural girls, a huge collection of both photosets and videos and a site interface with a lot of great features to make life easier for members.
