If you think those thick ten or twelve inch dildos they call huge at other toy sites look mighty impressive going in and out of a tight pussy, a visit to Brutal Dildos will leave you utterly awestruck.
More than a hundred long videos with girls masturbating with dildos that are usually way beyond huge in both length and girth - we're talking the size of arms and damn near legs here. Deep penetrations - even a fair number of anal scenes and a few insane monster DPs.

Update, February 16 2009
I'm planning on reviewing the new site Huge Strapon Lesbians (update, April 18: The review is up) from the Brutal Dildos team within the next few weeks, and since a membership to that site includes full access to Brutal Dildos and seven other sites (I'm listing them at the end of this update), and while I could of course have held onto this review update until the new review is up, I figured I might as well go ahead and post it now since it was just sort of sitting there all done anyway.
One thing I'll note here before I move on, is that I can't at this time confirm that you also get access to the same number of extra sites (including Huge Strapon Lesbians) if you join Brutal Dildos (though I very much assume you do), so I now recommend you join through Huge Strapon Lesbians, just to be completely sure you get access to all the network sites.
Moving on. Brutal Dildos has kept up its steady update pace, which means the total number of scenes now amounts to a rather impressive 251 vs. 172 when I did my last review update back in 2007.
The interface has also received yet another minor facelift, with the most potentially useful new feature probably being the Vaginal and Anal check boxes on the content pages, which should save you some time looking through screenshots or photos if you're after particularly the videos featuring some extreme anal dildo action (currently 65 out of the 251 scenes).
Some of the videos at Huge Strapon Lesbians are in HD, and 1080p no less - unfortunately you don't get that at Brutal Dildos, yet anyway, but the 640x480, 2000 kbit quality they started using in 2007 still holds up reasonably well.
Additionally nearly all videos at Brutal Dildos (and most of the bonus sites) are now also available in streaming Flash format.
As indicated in the first paragraph above, Brutal Dildos is now part of a larger site network, currently consisting of nine sites. Here's a list (all direct site links, with the exception of the first two, which lead to reviews. Update, July 2009: Huge Strapon Lesbians and Moms Teaching Teens are now also review links).
Brutal Anal Sex - non-exclusive anal videos. The site hasn't grown in three years (in fact it appears to have shrunk a bit for some reason), so I haven't bothered updating the review.

Huge Strapon Lesbians - pretty much a lesbian version of Brutal Dildos. Girls fucking each other with massive strapons. Still a very new and small site (19 scenes at the time of writing), so I may actually decide to hold off on that review a bit longer than the few weeks suggested above.
Extreme Kream - Kream has been featured in some of the hottest and most extreme vaginal and anal dildo scenes at Brutal Dildos (and she's also the hostess of a squirting site in an entirely different network). Extreme Kream gives you a lot more of her, mixing solo, lesbian and a few hardcore b/g scenes.
I gotta admit that I think she looked a lot better before she got a boob job, along with occasionally blonde hair and too much makeup in many scenes. Most of her videos still entertain though.
Dildo Machine Sex - if machine toy fucking is what you're looking for, you really want to go with Fucking Machines instead, but this is a nevertheless still a fairly decent bonus site.
Anal Dildo Lesbians - girls proping each other's behinds with toys that are a fair bit smaller than those used on Brutal Dildos and Huge Strapon Lesbians.
Moms Teaching Teens - two girls (or should I say woman and girl) on one guy. One of the largest sites in the network with 170 scenes and many of them atually look pretty good (right now is actually the first time I've given the site more than a quick glance, but I think I better make up for that tonight)
Pool Milfs - a fairly small and not particularly interesting non-exclusive hardcore milf site, that would have been completely bland and uninspired if it wasn't for the outdoors pool theme featured in all the videos.
Update, June 3 2007
It's been a year since my last visit at Brutal Dildos, and it's been growing just as steadily as the case was during my first revisit - one new video and photo update a week, meaning that the total number of scenes is now up to a very respectable 172. Actually, that's probably more than just respectable given the still pretty unique content we're looking at here - seriously huge dildos and severely stretched pussies and assholes.
Most of the girls are still pretty hot, though there is perhaps a slightly larger than usual "trailer trash ratio" at Brutal Dildos. But that's not actually as bad as it might sound in this case. A few well known pornstars are also dropping by from time to time, extreme girls like Sandra Romain, Hillary Scott, Kelly Wells and Ava Devine.
Another thing worth adding is that the video quality has once again gotten a pretty significant boost, the highest of the three qualities available for the most recent seven updates is a great looking 640x480, 2000 kbit. The full movie files are obviously rather large in this quality, but there's still the option to download them in typically five to eight chunks.
2nd look, June 8 2006
Since toy porn and extreme insertions are among my favourites, Brutal Dildos is one of those sites I've rejoined a few times now. I did so a few weeks back as well, and they've made some notable improvements that warrents a 2nd look.
Brutal Dildos has been growing steadily with around one new video a week, and the quality of the mpeg versions has now been improved a fair bit to 448x336 with an impressive 2000 kbit bitrate.
Judging by the last two videos it does seem like they haven't quite decided what they want to do yet, as the resolution has been lowered a bit again, but the bitrate retained at 2000 kbit. I hope they decide on the higher resolution.
Either way, I've upped the Quality score by one point - given the high bitrate I'm tempted to add another one, but I'll hold that one until they've made a final decision.
A few other improvements have taken place as well - one is the option to download videos in one file rather than 5-10 segments (they are still available though), and the other is an overhaul of the site design. They still aren't gonna win any awards for good looking design (neither the tour nor the member pages are exactly what you would call a work of art - or anything remotely close), but site navigation in particular has been successfully streamlined so it's now quicker to find what you're looking for.
I've added one point to the Design & Navigation score.

As a quick look at this review site should indicate, I like a whole lot of different porn niches. A few stand out as personal favourites though, and in the last year one of them has been hardcore masturbation/toy porn.
The name Brutal Dildos sort of gives away that we're talking about extreme toy penetrations here, but I'm happy to report it's done without going over the top to the point where it turns into bizarre curiosities that would be best suited for an x-rated freak show (alright, I assume there are people out there who wouldn't object to the latter).
These dildos, as the title implies, are huge, many of them a couple a few feet long and as thick as an arm (and not a scrawny one), but generally not so huge that the girls are struggling to get more than the top two inches inside - we are talking very deep penetrations here, mostly vaginal but quite a few of them actually manage to stretch even their assholes beyond belief, even going for monster double penetrations in a few cases.
As you would imagine, given the description above, most of the videos at Brutal Dildos are hot as hell and so are many of girls, a bit of a surprise actually considering I hadn’t really expected “babe quality” on a site with such extreme content.
My fairly low expectations were put to shame though as many of the girls are pretty hot (some very hot) - if perhaps a bit on the trashy side, and I've seen very few that weren’t at least reasonably attractive.
Otherwise a feet or two of rubber buried in their pussy or ass still managed to catch the full attention of my cock quite well.
There's a chance you might recognize one of the girls (well, a few of them actually). Another of my intial tempered expectations was put to shame with the size of the video archives at Brutal Dildos.
Considering the relatively unique concept, I had expected a fairly small site, but I was again pleasantly surprised to find out that the video archives were much larger than I had expected, with around 80 full video episodes (most of them running well over half an hour) each split into four to ten 4-5 minute segments and a new segment added every day for a full new episode roughly once a week.
Along with the videos you also get around 80-120 video stills with each episode - or with some of them real photosets, but as usual I don’t really bother much with pictures when there is hot video content to be had in spades.
Brutal Dildos also comes with quite a lot of extras. This includes downloadable scenes from around 15 DVDs dedicated to extreme penetrations - dildos, poles, salamis and whatever else they can fit in there.
On top of that you also get full access to two other sites from the same company - Gush Busters (squirting) and Brutal Anal Sex.
The videos at Brutal Dildos are available in two different formats - mpeg for broadband connections and lower quality Windows Media (wmv) files for people on slower connections (or those of us in a hurry to preview a few clips before we decide to download the mpeg version).
The resolution on even the mpeg videos is unfortunately pretty low, 352x240, but thankfully a pretty high 1150 kbit bitrate ensures that they just about manage to look pretty decent even when viewed in full screen.
The scenes that come with real photos rather than video stills offer those in a pretty high 1024 pixels, but in all honesty, and much as expected, they still pale in comparison to the videos and I imagine most of you will be giving them just as little time as I have.
They serve as a nice preview of the scene though - but so do the regular video stills.
The minor quality issues aside, Brutal Dildos offers a very unique and very extreme experience that's certain to keep any hardcore toy porn lover entertained for many hours. The site design may be rough and amateurish - both on the tour page and in the meber areas, but there sure as hell isn't anything wrong the content itself, and watching these huge dildos disappear into pussies and assholes is nothing short of amazing. A solid 5/5 Reviewer's Tilt score for Brutal Dildos.
